Miracle or mistake in Bordeax hospital?

Miracles happen everyday and everywhere, we only have to recognize them. A miracle happened these days in a Bordeaux hospital, when a cancer diagnosed patient Lydia Paillard, clinically dead, woke up! Doctors couldn't believe their eyes. Her sons before that didn't want to turn off her life-support system. Before she passed away, as the private hospital Nord Polyclinic officials said to the media, before doctors even tried to treat her with chemotherapy. When a doctor wanted to put the 60 years old lady on a ventilator, it was already too late. But, thanks to the sons' doggedness, the patient was transferred to the university hospital in Bordeaux and another scan showed tha! t their mother is not that, actually that, the brain is not dead. And now, if the lady wasn't removed from one of the hospitals, today she would have already be history to the world, but fortunately, she now is with her children and can talk and laugh... From the hospital, Yves Noel, the head of the clinic, said "that the doctor who resuscitated her had committed a communication error not a medical one as 'he saved her life.'" "It's a sort of miracle. It's unheard of. One of the doctors who examined the patient has 25 years experience in casualty and identified all the signs of clinical death. Both doctors (who examined her) conferred with their colleagues" - said Noel. I can only imagine how did the sons feel when they found out that their mother's live was in their hands. After 14 hours of coma, when the patient woke up, she said to one of her sons: "Ah, I feel so good, I had a wonderful sleep." Only if she would know through what kind of hell her sons have gone w! hile "she was having amazing time". OK, this time the patient! was luc ky, but what about if some other lady's sons weren't so persuading and just let go the life support system. What then? And now, all that the management of the "guilty" hospital is offering to the lady Paillard's family is a discussion about the so called "communication problem". But, off course, the family has decided legally to "discuss" with hospital's officials.
