Exercise helps any body, because there are certain physical functions that need physical activity to work.

The immune and lymphatic system, for example, actually depend upon muscle contraction to pump toxins out of the body.

Mini trampoline exercise is a very effective form of physical activity and you only need a few minutes a day to start to get the benefits. 2 1/2 hours for anyone is pretty unrealistic!
