The world is definitely chaotic. Wars are started under the false pretence that it will save the exact country that it is crumbling under the heavy bombardments, crimes are done in the name of love, and children have access to guns so that they kill among themselves. Fatal diseases are killing million of peoples, while scientists waste billions on studies that lead to nowhere or to some obvious result that even an average person knew. What’s next? You must have been dumb by now if you needed another medical study to tell you that obesity kills. It’s no surprise that being fat leads to all kind of disea! ses that could cause your death like diabetes, heart attack, high cholesterol and high blood pressure. According to the latest research presented at the European Cancer Organisation and the European Society for Medical Oncology in Berlin, cancer was also added on the list of diseases caused by obesity. Still, if you are overweight, you should rather worry about your heart because there are far greater chances to die of a heart attack than of cancer. The researchers’ conclusion was that more should be done in order to find means to prevent people from overweight. As if you didn’t already know that! Why didn’t they invest in finding a solution rather than just lose time and money on adding another disease? It is clearly obvious that obesity kills, who cares of what disease? Governments should invest in programs that promote a healthy eating and lots of exercise, especially for children because the way they are brought up has grea! t influence upon their development as adults. ! Re member that you shouldn’t just give up smoking, but you should also give up the grease burgers and sweets. They might seem tasty, but in fact they are your greatest enemies.
