Chris Cantell Discusses Health: Half of overweight adults may be heart-healthy

There are many illnesses and various diseases which can strike the man. They can be more or less serious and sometimes they can even cause the death. Recently the most often and serious are civilisation diseases, what means they depend on human genetic code and predispositions and mainly on his lifestyle. There are still more and more deaths caused by heart attacks or congestion of blood vessels.This is because many people have too much work behind the computer and after it they are very exhausted and they prefer relax instead of some activity, sport or other movement. And because sometimes they don’t have enough time to have their lunch, they take their very unhealthy meals in fast foods. Although any claims of these retailers, this food is not very applicable for every day eating while it contains lots of fat and salt. It has been predicted for very long time that higher weight and obesity are the main reason of higher blood pressure, higher levels of blood sugar, cholesterol and blood fats, triglycerides. Higher levels of everything mentioned can clog vessels in your body. But the last research was really a surprise for the most of people as well as for researchers themselves. The research namely showed that about a half of overweight people don’t suffer from higher levels of these stuffs and that they are in normal level. But on the other hand, there are very many slim and thin people whose results weren’t as good. That is the reason why there are still more slim people who have got over heart or brain attacks.
I think almost everyone know body mass index which compares the height and weight of person. But few years ago trainers and similar people found out that this can’t be the main marker in determination if human is obese or not, because that time according to this index there was obese more than a half NBA players. So they realized that the best thing in identification of obesity is waist measure. Because when person have big waist measure, his abdominal organs are probably fouled by fat.
So you can be fat or slim, very important is right, healthy food with plenty of vitamins, but what is much more important, is regular sport activity or other movement, what supports blood circulation and avoids fats and cholesterol to settle down in the vessels and this is the right prevention against the heart attack, heart failure and other diseases…
