Sleepy diet for mothers

It is normal to get some weight on during pregnancy. One or two kilos per each month. Not many women are so lucky to loose their unwanted kilos naturally after the baby is born. What should a mother do when she doesn't want to feels like a whale? First step could be a prevention. To have active life. Make some sports, dedicate the time to hobbies. To train your muscles as well as your brain. And don't forget to dedicate some time to recharge your "body-batteries". One of the reasons, why people are getting fat is the fact they eat much more then necessary when they are tired. The lack of sleep makes you weak. But eating is not the only way how to get some energy. Reach for your pillow. Moreover, lack of sleep can cause light depression, in combination with stress (from work, from the family life, new life situation,...) it influences people even more. It is really easy to make stressed and tired people angry without any real reason. Tired mothers use to scream a lot, they feel bad, not satisfied with anything around them, even less with themselves. Take your time and rest a lot. For example, you can sleep with the baby, let the husband do the housework, prepare dinner or wash the dishes. Find the time to relax. Not only you, but also your husband and child will appreciate it for sure.
