Eat Healthy.

When we were little kids our moms always said to us that we have to eat enough to be strong and big. And we did. They wanted the best for us and they gave us the best they had. Few years ago the fruit and vegetable was grown naturally in farms somewhere in the countryside. You could eat almost everything without cleaning it. It was safe. Today when most of the vegetable and fruit is somehow modified, with biocides or genetically, it is not very safe to eat it like that. But fruit and vegetable is not the only thing. Almost everything is modified. In many kinds of food you can find substances which make the food fresher much longer. It lasts longer and tastes better. But it is a poison. Not in this small amounts, but still is. So what to do when you want to eat really healthy? Probably you can not avoid eating unhealthy food, but at least you can eat nutrition rich food. Every day you should have whole grain and wheat meals. Oils made from plants, don't forget about fruit and vegetable. Also very important is to eat fish, poultry, eggs and nuts. And always drink enough water. This is not going to make you live forever, but maybe a little bit longer.
