Jogging. What a wonderful alternative for the morning caffeine. For the morning routine of fixing your family members' breakfast and for making coffee. This exercise helps you gain all the energy you need for the whole day, it boosts up your organism and lifts your spirits. You are happy because you are not only doing a favor to yourself, but also your environment appreciates your new self and the better mood. And it is a peaceful kind of sport, too. You need no loud machines, no special gloves, racket or helmet. You don't even necessarily have to seek a partner. It's perfect! …How come it is not a triumphant smile on my Jenna's face when she returns from the dam? It is six-thirty in the morning and the water pot for Peter's coffee is whistling. Jenna needs no coffee. She kicks off her trainers, rushes into the shower and comes out 10 minutes later with a palmy expression on her face. There, she did it again, plus the shower afterwards feels simply too good! The only partners a jogger should seek are athletic shoes. To make her morning jog less repugnant, Jenna tried different brands and categories of athletic shoes. She tried the high-tops, low-tops, mid-cut or sneaker boots, but she still didn't figure out which ones rule. After several months she discovered that the comfort of her feet is not dependant on the price she pays for shoes. It's not the manufacturer's logo that matters; it is all about the cushioning. To find a top-sprung brand of shoes, the sole secret is to know how long which brand's cushioning lasts. This discovery is up to us.
